Toshiba Satellite Laptop C655-S5305

This is a Toshiba Satellite Laptop.  Model C655-S5305.  It was originally purchased by my Client in October 2012.  It has an Intel Core I3 2330M CPU 2.20Ghz.  4.00GB RAM.  320GB Hard drive.  15.5" LED Screen.  1366 x 768 Resolution.  It comes with Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.  The license key is on the bottom of the machine, and is legit.  My Client was having trouble installing Windows Updates and Office 2010.  I tried and had the same problem. My client rather than try to hunt down the solution decided to get another laptop.  This laptop is in great working condition minus the problems with Windows Updates and Office 2010 not wanting to install.  It could be my installation disc is bad, not sure, but I don't have the time to waste trying to diagnose what is wrong.  It could be a very easy fix, not sure.  Unit is sold AS IS, no returns.  Comes with the Laptop, Battery and AC Adapter.
